There are many reasons why SBC should be your primary choice.  One of which is that we are a Veteran owned and family-operated – licensed, bonded, and insured cleaning business.

Secondly, we will always be willing to meet with you face-to-face (while practicing all COVID safety precautions) or through a scheduled Zoom meeting and give you the best experience possible. Joksan and Linette Morales have over a decade of combined cleaning experience, and opened SudsBuds Clean in 2021. We pride ourselves on making sure we exceed your expectations by using natural, Eco-Friendly, and EPA approved products without charging extra fees.  NO ONE should have to choose between the health of their family and a safe, healthy home!

We offer in-home or digital (Zoom) estimates. All estimates are free and hold no obligation. To get started simply click our “Get Free Estimate” button on our website and fill out the information. In order to give an accurate house cleaning estimate we will need to know what type of service, how many bedrooms, bathrooms, and square footage of the home we will be cleaning. We’ve gone paperless! Our Residential Clients can have a credit/debit card on file (encrypted software.) Payments are charged by close of business on the day of your cleaning service.

Yes, upon request. All of our cleaning technicians are carefully screened and go through a vigorous background check. They are all trained and held to an exemplary standard. Please understand that our team members have personal lives, and can get sick, or request leave. In those instances you may see a different cleaner.

We understand that things happen that may be out of your control. In the event you need to cancel or reschedule a scheduled cleaning appointment, a minimum of forty-eight (48) hours notice to SUDSBUDS is required in order to not incur any charges. Notice may be given by email, SMS (text) or phone. We will do our best to reschedule your cleaning that same week. 

Failure to give the minimum forty-eight (48) hours notice, no notice cancellations, and/or lockouts will incur a $50.00 charge.

If you are sick with the Flu or are experiencing COVID symptoms please inform us immediately. The safety of your family, our team members, and the communities we serve are of utmost importance to us at SudsBuds Clean.

A deep clean is recommended for all first time cleaning by SUDSBUDS. It allows us extra time to get all the areas that have been missed during past regular cleanings. After the initial deep clean, most customers switch to a recurring standard cleaning service.

Yes! We do not pick up your stuff and then clean. Here are some simple steps to follow prior to us arriving.

  • Make your home accessible. A key that is accessible to the cleaning person(s) is usually the best method. A fee will be charged if we are unable to access your home. (See House Cleaning Service Cancellation procedures.)
  • Turn off alarm system. If you choose to leave the alarm on and have the service disarmed when our cleaning crew arrives, we will not be held responsible for false alarms or misuse of the alarm system.
  • Have your home picked up and ready to be cleaned to avoid additional charges.
  • Have your valuables put away to avoid accidents. Limited liability protection for valuable antiques or non-replaceable items.
  • Customer has 24 hours to request or report damaged or broken items for replacement or repair. After 7 days, customer assumes all liability.
  • Let us know how we are doing. Complete the Customer Service Evaluation that is left at the time of service, or submit your review/comments online at Google, Yelp, our Facebook page or any other online site. We appreciate your feedback and use it to help improve our services!

Yes! Your home is important to us at SudsBuds Clean and we want to make sure you are happy and completely satisfied. If the quality of work performed and paid for is not satisfactory, please contact us within 24 hours and we will make arrangements to rectify the situation at no charge. If you believe we did an outstanding job please write a review of us on an online site (Google, Yelp, Facebook @sudsbudsclean) so others can see what our service has to offer. We love to read customer reviews!

There are a few ways that you can let our crew in. One way would be an extra key. You could provide us a key at the time of your initial service or you could leave a key in a secured location with instructions on how to locate it. We handle all keys professionally and securely. We can also use garage door openers, or codes to access your home.

We assure you that all the information and keys you provide us will be handled securely and returned to you if you ever discontinue service. However, if we cannot enter your house or the key is nowhere to be found, you will be charged with a lockout fee. For more information please visit our policy section.

Not at all. We understand and appreciate how precious time is for you and you may have other important responsibilities that require it. However, if it makes you feel more comfortable we welcome you to stay and watch what we do. All of our house cleaning employees are background checked,  trustworthy, reliable, and friendly.  

SudsBuds Clean LLC, provides all of its cleaning products and equipment. We will not use anything that you have in the house – *unless you specifically ask for our cleaners to do so. SudsBuds Clean trains its employees on what product to use safely on different surfaces. We are also making efforts to be environmentally aware and are constantly making changes to better the working environment for our team members and the families we serve while making sure we deliver the best service to our clients.

*Client assumes all responsibility to damages/defects to their home resulting from the use of requested cleaning and treatment products which differ from the natural, Eco-friendly cleaning products SudsBuds Clean routinely uses.
